I did not want to go there for blood testing after checking out the reviews. There was not any other pathology open on the weekends. I was bit nervous but Amy done amazing job, so kind and welcoming didn't feel a thing. I had to wait there but its totally understandable, She was quiet busy. Its totally changed my mind what I was thinking before going.. Must visit and see Amy if anyone needs Pathology assistance.

Should have read these reviews before booking with them, exact same thing happened, booked an appointment for 9am, fasted and arrived on time only to find a sign that said closed due to staff shortages, no notification of cancellation! Tried to call a number of other pathologists to see if anyone would be able to fit me in as it was a saturday morning, not one of them answered the phone. VERY POOR SERVICE.

My recent visit for a blood test was disappointing. The procedure left me with bruising and a painful lump at the sample site. What's worse, the integrity of sample for two critical tests, CBC and ESR, was compromised which I have to repeat now, and hemolysis of sample led to potentially inaccurate results in some other tests. I would not recommend this facility for sample collection due to these concerns.

Had an appoinment for a blood test that required fasting.

Sorted child care for the kids (procedure takes 2 hours).

Get there the morning of, "closed due to staff shortages".

Seems the only staff still there can't use a phone or send emails, I had zero notification or correspondence.

10/10 wouldnt reccomend going here.

Always happy with the pathology collection centre at Eureka Medical & Dental. Suits me as my GP is only a few steps away.
