Had same doctor for 20 years as a war veteran have had complete medical commitment and many after hours reports written.
Alll specialist referrals are taken priority order and given my multiple surgeries and medication rarities have found staff of great assistance. THEY BASICALLY GAVE HOPE when it had near left. BEST DOCTOR SURGERY AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I have attended many Doctors surgeries in the past in search for a Doctor that cares about their patients, shows an interest in their well-being and is dedicated, educated and listens to their patients needs and assists in any way she can, this is why I travel over 35 km to visit Dr Dominique Novic.
I love that she greats me with a smile and greets me by my name,

I have been seeing Dr Pearse for about 30 years, he always listens and offers great advice.

I came here because the reviews were so good however I did not have a great experience. I have eczema and advised the doctor numerous times that I did not want to be prescribed any steroid tablets or creams, rather another alternative as they were the problem of my skin being so horrible. She did not listen to me and constantly kept telling me they are the only option and gave me numerous scripts that I ended up putting in the bin. It would be nice to have actually felt heard and cared about rather than tried to get rid of. In the middle of me talking, the doctor got up and stood at the door and opened it to hint it was time for me leave. It felt really rushed and unprofessional. In a very vulnerable time, I was never even asked if I was doing okay (after visibly looking very poor). I would not recommend this doctor unless you just want to be given a handful of scripts and not actually treat your problem.

Best doctor surgery in the country.
Seeing a doctor who cares makes all the difference in your health. This is after my original doctor from another practice in the Redland area abandoned me when it got complicated. Long standing doctor from my teenage years too. I was gobsmacked but it turned out to be a blessing. I found this surgery. And the wonderful staff from front to back.

Dr Robert Novic has been my GP for 20+ years. He is kind, courteous and very knowledgeable. If you need a genuine doctor, Dr Novic is the doctor to see for all your medical issues. Highly recommended! The reception staff and the nurse are pleasant to deal with. Doctors @ Redlands Medical Centre have a vast array of doctors who have specific medical knowledge. We didn’t even get there, and we are already disappointed, understand all doctors are busy and fully booked for the day, but the reception lady didn’t even try to help us, or offer other options, kept saying NO WE ARE FULLY BOOKED… WE ARE NOT AVAILABLE…

No considerations No patience for sick people, hung up the phone after five seconds
