I always have a good experience here, with one minor exception many years ago, every doctor has been both professional as well as kind, warm, and empathetic. They don't bulk bill so be prepared for a small payment up front but you do get partially reimbursed by Medicare. Worth it for the good care.

We have seen Dr Brian a number of times, he is fantastic and couldn’t recommend him enough, he is kind, attentive and very caring and follows up even after appointments .The reception staff are really helpful and welcoming. Great experience overall

I’ve seen Dr Astrid Drobetz several times at the practice and have found her friendly, knowledgeable, professional and caring. The reception staff and nurses have been efficient and very helpful which I've really appreciated.

We've been seeing Dr Brian Charters for our family health needs for almost a year. He's very knowledgable and thorough, takes the time to explain things and is fantastic with our kids. Highly recommended !

A few times we’ve been here and it’s been disappointing. They assess my child nothing to prescribe even though there is an obvious coloured phlegm. I brought my other child for a quick one minute.. next thing I know they charge for full consults when it was less than 10 minutes to see the doctor. So upsetting when it’s already hard and they are not even reasonable.

Have been going here for near on 30 years. Found Drs generally pretty good.
But the policies have gotten really savage in recent years. Today I misplaced my script for blood pressure medication and they wanted a full consultation fee for a 30 second phone call.
Set up a Instascript account and same deal, spoke to a Dr for 30 seconds and cost $24!!!!!
So much for loyalty!! And not even living close any more

Dr Elena Fairbairn was quite rude and very blunt to me, she’s so arrogant and it’s makes me so uncomfortable talking to her. not a great experience and won’t be going back
