This is a great practice with great staff and doctors, what let's it down is the inflexibility of missing appointments policy and getting angry letters.
Our jobs are complex and things change quickly and sometimes appointments get missed.
It's the first time in my life I have been asked to find another doctor 😂😂 BANNED !!!!!

Dr Kaur is very thorough would give her a 5/5 rating
Dr Singh I do not recommend as a skin Dr. took for me to ask him for a biopsy after he had frozen it twice already to which it came back that it had to be removed. Then just found out another one he should have biopsied ages ago he didn’t do. Lucky I went with my instinct and found a skin dr I can now trust
Nurses are lovely, friendly and welcoming .

I cannot speak highly enough of this medical centre. Upon arrival you are greeted by extremely friendly professional ladies. As new patients with somewhat complex medical issues I was dubious in finding understanding Drs. We have not been disappointed. Dr Kaur and Dr Singh are thorough, extremely knowledgeable and very astute with our issues. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks 😊

Best doctors on the Gold Coast. Dr Kaur has been our family doctor for going on 10 years caring for mine, my children, and my elderly mothers health needs with care, consideration every single visit. Both Dr Kaur and Dr Singh are incredibly thorough and really listen and respond to their patients needs. The care and support doesn't stop there. Dawn and Wadia also deserve a shout out for the role they play. Wadia is a lovely nurse and so great with children and Dawn is so welcoming to each and every patient - such a gem! A real 'family' medical practice.

My wife Glenda and I have been going to the surgery since it opened. The staff have always been kind,courteous and generous especially when my wife was very ill. I cannot recommend this doctors surgery highly enough particularly if you want quality medicinal care and reception staff who treat you with kindness and respect. Especially Dawn on the front desk.
