There are too many rejections for expected refunds...clear images are rejected for being otherwise. This repeated problem is shifted to blaming the old app...I have the new one. Please make the refunds as expected. [ Do you really think that my wife and I have the time to keep resubmitting the same forms?] And get a decent app that 1: either functions or 2: won't be blamed again.
