Went in for an appointment the receptionist was awesome. We booked our appointment the day before at 1210pm and had to wait an extra half n hour that wasn't explained just for the doctor to direct us to have a blood test and was told we would get the results within 24hours (the next day). We received no callback from them and had to call them, when we did call them the following week they asked us what we needed help with and didn't have our details ready to share. We had to remind them and then once the details were shared we also weren't offered any further medical advice. Considering the price we had to pay this was poor service.

Dr Rajbeer is excellent; clear and helpful communication, listens to the patient and is empathetic. He has given me all referrals and tests that I have asked for and does not try to diminish or downplay symptoms. Very comfortable here and appreciate his knowledge and diligence.

Also the staff are always very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. So far very happy with my experience here.

Upon arrival the ladies at reception were very friendly and polite. Dr Rajbeer took the time to listen and did all the tests he felt necessary to achieve the results needed. Will definitely go there again and recommend to anyone. Thank you

I love the people here everyone is treating well and i love the doctor meena she checked very well to my boy and the nurse is so sweet
Before i went to some other clinic they even did not check my baby weight etc before immunisation but here they are pretty good with the regular check up.
