This place is one of the best GP clinics in the entire area. Their practice give you appointments easily and won't wait for you to die without a doctor. All you have to do is download the Hotdoc app and fill in your details and book the appointment yourself. No waiting for days to get appointments (like others). The staff is friendly and happy. The doctors seems super professional, calm, and knowledgeable. Highly Recommended.

Dr Eftekharuddin is the worst and disrespectful doctor Ive ever seen. He completely dismissed my concerns for my sick daughter and said “you need treatment instead.” My daughter clearly had to go into the hospital which he eventually admitted and wrote up a referral. But his treatment of his patients Is terrible. He should get sacked

Would never book with dr Sharma again! Waited 50min and I was told I was next. At the end I told them that I need to go cause my toddler was very annoyed. She didn’t have any patients inside and even approached the receptionist and they told her you have someone waiting. She went inside her room again and then went out to the back.

The rest of the stuff and doctors are lovely. The one star and I would put zero if that was an option for Dr Sharma!

I met Dr Rekha Sharma at Dr at Prestons and it was really good experience for me to make her my GP but we had to move and I was looking for another Gp near my new house but coincidentally I found Dr Rekha Sharma again near my house so I’m really glad. She is a really good GP.

Dr Rekha Sharma is a great GP, I honestly took my elderly mother (Mrs Naghma Shahid) today for her check up and medical scripts. She was so humble and polite with my wife and mother in law, as they never felt so much comfortable with any other GP. Samantha, Pavi and the entire medical front end team were amazing and fabulous. This is going to be our permanent go to place for any medical needs and concerns. All the best Team.

Wait times are ridiculous. 50 mins past my confirmed appointment time & no word from reception staff how much longer it’ll be. Patients walking straight in & immediately are seen by the same doctor I was waiting for. Arriving early doesn’t help either. Customer service in general is lacking. If there was -5 stars, I would pick that. Poor service all around. Dr Alam needs to take time to listen to his patients and not make them feel rushed

It's been real difficult to find a GP in the area who I felt I can trust and feel like I'm more than just one of their many many patients. So I thank my lucky stars every day for Dr. Sharma.

I do admit, at times you have to wait a while (past your appointment time) to be seen. But honestly it's a very little sacrifice to make knowing that Dr. Sharma takes the time to show her patients her friendly, compassionate, caring and empathetic nature.

I'm currently pregnant (after 2 miscarriages) with our little boy, and naturally my anxiety and nerves have been at a crazy high! It meant the absolute world to me when Dr. Sharma fit me into her very busy schedule at the last minute to go through some results to help ease my worries (and didn't judge me when I cried some ugly very relieved tears =P)

I've never felt so safe, respected, understood and professionally cared for by a GP.
