Our whole family goes here and all the doctors are great.Sometimes there is a wait but not as bad as other clinics.The ladies at reception go out of their way to help you.

Dr Annaliesa, what can I say (so much, not enough time or space on Google) - a great non judgmental GP! She has been wonderful for my teenage daughter, she is compassionate, understanding and supportive. We love her jovial nature, and I am grateful for all of her care of my girl 💖

Doctors at Ormeau Town Centre are by far the best medical practice I've ever attended. I'm so grateful to have found them; they always go above and beyond and are a patient-centric practice. The reviews noting their wait times are unreasonable, given the amount of clients I've seen them attend to in a short period. I think it's more than understandable that sometimes the appointment times run over, emergencies can't be helped. I've never had to wait very long, and they always do what they can to be communicative and upfront if there is a bit of a wait time. I can't rate them highly enough, particularly Dr Sidd - he's amazing!

I've been seeing brad seath the physiotherapy person and after trying different people I've found brad a excellent physiotherapy who has done such great work with me I've never moved so freely, I'd definitely recommend him very highly if you have a problem give him a go you won't be disappointed

I have been going to this practice since not long after they opened, along with my two kids. I have always been happy with the service and care provided from all staff at the practice. Currently my kids and I usually see Dr. Annaliesa and Dr. Alyson, who are both so warm, caring, thorough, and informative. I am happy to pay a fee (which is actually quite small after Medicare rebate) to have personalised care and not feel rushed out of the consult room. The admin staff always notify me if they are running a bit behind and are always happy if I duck to the Woolies or cafe etc to kill time if that is the case. The app also is pretty easy to use to make appointments and cancel appointments. Thank you for your hard work!

Just had my Pfizer shot and would like to comment on the professionalism and caring nature of the Receptionist and Nurse who administered the needle. I hate needles but I didn't feel a thing. !! Such a very busy Medical Centre but I can understand why, as the Doctors and Reception staff do their job so well. I have been there when the girls answer the phone constantly... apparently they get 500 calls per day.. Wow !! The girls are so patient and polite. I've never had any issues and I can't understand why people put in negative reviews. Keep up the good work Ormeau Town Centre Medical Centre.
