Given the impression doctor wasn’t interested in helping patients. No recommendations or interest in providing additional methods of treatment. Final blow was being charged $150 when I rang to ensure it would be bulk billed. I was told after appointment I had to speak to doctor BEFORE appointment to ask how they bill. Do you have to make an appointment for that too? Won’t be back.

New to the area and Dr Bunce came recommended. She was warm friendly and very thorough. Her advice was well received and the additional benefit of the practice was the on site pathology and bulk billing. We were very comfortable in a new environment and pleased with the service provided.

GP was good, but the receptionists are quite rude.
Please stop chit-chatting and acknowledge patients who are standing at the counter waiting for you. And please don't treat them as an annoyance. It's your literal job.
You don't know what invisible illnesses the may have or how difficult it may be for them to stand there (as they wait for you to wrap up your personal conversation and acknowledge their existence).
This wasn't a once-off either.

It’s so hard to find an excellent GP and practice, but 10/10 for these guys. From reception, to nurses, to Dr Faye, I was blown away with how caring and easy they made my initial consultation. Highly recommend. It’s such a relief to finally find a good practice and GP who looks holistically at the patient. Thank you
