I have never come across anyone that makes me feel so heard and seen as a human as the very kind and knowledgeable Dr Braj Raj Pande. For a bulk billed practice I feel like he goes above and beyond and really takes the time to understand what is wrong and treat it at its root with professional and very empathetic advice.

I highly recommend seeing Dr Pande at dockside medical Hub. He has spent extensive time assisting my partner and I getting vaccines for our travel. He was very thorough the process, starting with a full health check to determine what vaccine boosters were needed. He made the process smooth and easy! He is very caring, gentle and patient and genuinely looks out for his patients wellbeing. He also has a great sense of humour!

I arrived on time for my appointment but was told there was a 40-minute wait. I went to see the doctor to discuss my panic attacks and anxiety, but he suggested antidepressants, despite me explaining that I'm not depressed. I have anxiety, stress, and overthink, especially when things get overwhelming at work. I felt like he wasn’t listening to me at all and just wanted to pass me off for a mental health assessment, perhaps to get paid, only to tell me I’m depressed when that’s not the issue I came in for.

When I mentioned I needed a blood test and ultrasound, he refused to provide them and instead told me to "find another doctor." I found his attitude extremely rude and unprofessional, especially given how stressed and anxious I already was. As a doctor, I don’t understand how he could not listen to his patient’s concerns and jump straight to assumptions. I’m dealing with anxiety, work stress, and financial pressures—not depression. Antidepressants aren’t what I need.

He also took away my ultrasound documentation, despite me mentioning my recent surgery, and essentially dismissed me. I feel bad for the receptionist, who has to deal with the fallout from such a disrespectful and unprofessional doctor.

I've been going to dockside medical hub once a week for about 6 weeks now.
Dockside is a clean modern facility with blood work in house and easy parking. The staff are very polite and helpful and diligent. Doctor Poduri has been taking excellent care of me and my needs. He is an excellent Doctor that knows his stuff. I plan to continue on for the foreseeable future.

THEY DO BULK BILLING! Amazing!

Switched GP from other clinics, and Dr. Barj was by far the best GP I've ever seen in Brisbane!
He has shown lots of patience, and did the check thoroughly with both me and my partner. I even got bulk billed, which was very appreciate, since you can't even find this service anywhere else in Brisbane.
My partner ended up paying $100 out of pocket for having a much longer consult, but both of us think it was totally worth it, as he was taken good care of by Dr. Barj and the lovely tram. We were very lucky to have such an amazing doctor, who really cares about his patients' welfare.

BTW, I've read some comments complaining about Dr. Barj had the receptionist girl in the checking room.
Honestly, he did that with me as well, and I completely understand why. Apparently he needed to erase any concern of being accused for touching female patients inappropriately, so he had to makr sure he wasn't staying with only patient alone in the checking room when there was physical contact, which was totally reasonable, and I've seen lots of doctors doing the same precautions.
It's just sad that he got such unfair comments and reviews even when his action were purely taken out of good will and the benefits for his patients.

Just feel that I should have say something for him, since he really took good care of us, and I can't see he being blamed for something like that.

Don't bother coming here. Saw Dr Srinagesh Poduri about ongoing dry lips, and without even inspecting them prescribed me a cream for ulcers and gum issues. The two pharmacists who heard my request were very concerned and ensured I did NOT do this.

Will never be back, you get the service you pay for, which is 0. Spend the $50 and see a real doctor who actually cares.
