Thoroughly disappointed with Discovery Coast Dental & Medical Centre. My 10yo needed help with her braces (needed a brace wire cut due to a molar coming loose and hanging off the wire on the side of her mouth) while we were visiting Agnes on holidays. We asked for a short 5-10 minute consultation and the centre was completely unwilling to be of any assistance, stating there wasn’t even 1 minute spare for a dental consult. Instead told us we should just travel the 3-hour round trip to Bundaberg commenting ‘heaps of dentists there will help, it’s only an hours drive’, no empathy, no care and unwilling to help after we had just travelled 7 hours from home to holiday in Agnes.

Amazing dentist and assistant. I broke my front top tooth, the ladies cleaned it up, put a cap on it and now it looks better than it did before. Thank you ladies we are lucky to have you in Agnes.

Booked appointment for 9am, confirmed with receptionist the day before. Then after driving 1.5hrs found clinic had changed appointment to 8am and did not tell us. We were refused to see dentist even though we were there at 8:15 checking in and also after offering to come back later that day. Disgusting customer service and waste of a day. Don’t waste your time.

Cannot say enough good words to describe the wonderful dentist we have here. From first appt having a panic attack & leaving with numb mouth & no work done to having 2 more apps with no issues. Camilla is very compassionate & so gentle, her calmness creates a calmness I never feel at the dentist.

Have always suffered with high anxiety going to the dentist. But Camilla changed that. She was understanding, listened to my concerns and was so gentle and I would highly recommend. Even made appointment for 6 months time. Unheard of for me.
