I am deeply disappointed with the shocking lack of empathy shown by the young female receptionist at this clinic. My elderly father, who suffers from serious health issues and speaks limited English, arrived early to prepare for his appointment but was treated rudely, told to sit and wait, and only at the last moment was handed several pages of forms to complete under pressure. This humiliating and careless treatment of a vulnerable patient is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the clinic’s standards. Do not recommend my mum recently visited and they missed finding a mass told her everything looked good and no further follow up her doctor followed up and sent for another endoscopy at Monash health and they found a mass that is cancer

Very disappointed! They require a COVID test for an endoscopy, but you have to pay for it. If it’s part of their policy, they should provide the test for free, like other clinics.

I was naturally a little nervous at the start. The staff was very helpful and assisted me all the way. They explained all the risks and details involved. Things must have gone well because I didn't feel a thing. From administering the anesthcia all the way to recovery it was a good and gentle experience.

Everyone was so lovely. I felt.sick when I arrived and the Dr and anaesthetist showed genuine concern and gave me anti nausea medicine before the procedure. The nurses kept me longer afterwards to make sure I felt OK before going home, and gave me lots of care, food and drink and didn't send me home until I reassured them I felt much better. Thanks for making it much more pleasant than expected!

Everyone here was so nice. I was having a couple of procedures and was scared, I also had grave concern for my eyebrows but they were so sweet and understanding. Amazing, funny team. Hope I never see them again though - fasting was brutal.
