Had my procedure today by Prof William Kemp, fantastic experience lovely and caring , anaesthetist Phil was very caring and lovely, and nurses Amelia and Marielou were beautiful and very kind. Highly recommend!

Today I had a Colonoscopy first one , I was welcomed by a lovely receptionist, I met up with Dr who was also lovely , but also nurse named Mary Lou , she was so kind and understanding and was so lovely, thank you Mary Lou as she was so caring and very suitable to this job. Explained everything too and very professional .

I was referred here in January 2024, to ask for any future tests or treatment, for my heartburn issue that I have had for many years. I had a Gastroscope at a different Direct Endoscopy centre in 2021, which stated that there were no issues visible in my stomach. During this appointment, Dr David Badov stated to take Pariet 3+ times a week to reduce any heartburn complications with no need for another scope.
However, when I received the report, it stated that he notified me of a need to do ANOTHER Gastroscope soon, and several questions I asked regarding the side effects of Pariet, were not included in the report, after I requested him to include them. In the report, the name of the referring GP was wrong, the report took 2+ weeks to be sent electronically to my GP and the advice provided during the appointment was directly contradicted, in the report. I would not trust this clinic.

Attended for routine procedure and couldn’t have felt more comfortable and knew I was in good hands upon arrival. Very streamlined with minimal waiting periods and everything explained in simple terms.
Polite and courteous team from reception through to anaesthetist, specialist who performed procedure and pre and post nursing staff.
