A great team who have always been helpful and knowledgeable! We've had a few long waits for scripts, but never unreasonably so.

The location is very convenient, and it's great to have an affordable chemist open so late near home and near a GP clinic.

I pick up my medication today as I forgot it two days ago when I purchased it. I even have the receipt with me. And the pharmacist Joseph and his coworkers gave me the medication. Unfortunately the cashier was so rude asking me if I bought that and had a receipt. She treated me like a thief. When you think logically how can I steal medication over the counter. How stupid is the cashier. Very disappointed and disgusted with her behaviour I been coming to that pharmacy for 1 year now. Since that happened I might take my business somewhere less of ignorance worker.

The most Incompetent rude unprofessional chemist in Hampton Park. I have a Hypertension every six month I see my Professor in Notting Hill. He issued six-month prescription. But they lost it unfortunately my professor is very hard to track down. Rude cashier and they want me to pay double for all medication. Don't bother coming here.

I don’t know what has gone wrong with this pharmacy in the last six or so months but after today I’m done.
I’ve been coming here for my medication for over 20 years. I’ve watched it change hands 3 or 4 times, I’ve sat there to keep shelter in the rain whilst waiting for my bus in my teenage years and I’m almost 30. So I have a long history with this pharmacy. The times I’ve had to wait has never been an issue because all pharmacies are often like that, busy. However about six months ago I started noticing that my medication is NEVER in stock. The same medication I’ve been on for almost 10 years, script has only ever gone elsewhere a handful of times.
I put this down to drug shortage as I had to really shop around.
This isn’t my biggest issue though.
When the pharmacist Yusuf is on, I know I’m looked after even if they don’t have any stock. He will always either get it the next day, or if I’ve left it too late to wait the day, he will look up without me asking and tell me what chemist I can get it from. He’s always lovely, learns customers names and I want to give him a shout out despite my negative review.
There’s been numerous times where only half of my script has been available and Yusuf has written IOU notes for me however whenever it’s mentioned to other staff members, they’re argumentative even though I have the note in their coworkers handwriting and when asked he’s always said “yep that’s correct” and the other pharmacist will get snubby and rude toward me making me feel horrible like a drug seeker when really I just need my medication that I can’t function without,
I’ve been reluctant to post this review because I appreciate how he’s looked after me for the last few years and the receptionists are awesome people too.
Yesterday my partner went to put his script in, “we don’t have it but we will tomorrow come back tomorrow” so that leads us to today.
We come in to get his script, and guess what, “we don’t get deliveries on sundays.”
No offer to check where has it either.

When we put scripts in, it takes 25 minutes to get a script which I always justified until recently. Every time I go elsewhere and especially to chemist warehouse the scripts regardless of what they are, are ready within 5 minutes.

Also, every time I go get my script, the price is raised by 5-10c. Whats with that?
So out of all the chemists in the area, I won’t be back here because you never have what anyone seems to need.

Get your stock list settled. Work out a better system for when only part of a script is available so people don’t have to fight for their lives after another staff member has given them an IOU the other part of your script. And stop lying about when you will have stock of a product in store! The amount of time wasted waiting to be told “we don’t have that” is truly ridiculous.

I had to wait upwards of 25 minutes for a script while everyone who gave their scripts after me got theirs within 5 minutes. The head pharmacist then asked if I was waiting 20 minutes after I gave my script in, then took 5 minutes to get my medication. Inefficient and appaling service.

Extremely lovely and helpful staff, always happy to help. Pharmacists are always interested in caring for you and explaining medications. Would recommend this chemist over any other one in the area!
