Was here today 7/8/2023
Went to the register to pay for my things as they were purchased the lady was holding my items and telling the other worker who was beside her that was serving another lady beside me who was trying to refund her elevit.
The worker said to the lady worker “the vitamins have to go to the pharmacy if they want to refund it’s policy”, as she said that the other worker sat there and rolled her eyes and gave her a dirty look… with a response “okay”
Not very professional in front of customers..
Don’t know why she didn’t just give me my items so I can go on with my day.
But anyways very clean store and thankyou to the pharmacist helping me get my babies stuff

Very unpleasant and unprofessional staf. Everything is very messy boxes everywhere on floor and half ampty shelves. Big advertising 80 % on parrfumes but if you wona buy any you have to go around and wait a long time. So you will need day of to bye one perfume.

Great location as I always do my grocery shopping at Woolies here, pharmacists are very helpful and friendly however some staff can be rude and blunt; one staff who answered the phone didn’t ask whether I needed help with anything else; just hanged up on me without saying bye

Walked in recently thinking that it was Chemist Warehouse. The colours of the store can be a little confusing. They use the exact same font and colours as Chemist Warehouse, it almost feels like it’s intentional. The stuff inside is pretty nice though.
