Today I attended this practice for a minor procedure. I had a partial toe nail removal carried out by Dr Isaac Lin. Despite this procedure being relatively minor, I was nervous and somewhat unsure about how I would respond to this treatment. Every staff member I engaged with was absolutely wonderful. The front desk staff are friendly, professional and helpful. The nurse I saw put me at ease with her calm presence. Her communication skills were fantastic. She listened to me, was very knowledgeable in answering the questions I had and was just an all round good human-being taking good care of me. Dr Lin has an approach clearly aligned with the values I believe a gp should have. He was very easy to build rapport with. When he examined my toenail he gave a very clear diagnosis. He gave me possible options on treatment, explained what was involved in each treatment option and the likely outcomes. We talked about the recovery and what to expect. He has a caring, friendly manner. I felt only the slightest bit of discomfort when he put local anesthetic in my toe. I know everyone is different with needles but I also know what it is to have a painful needle! He was proficient, kind and trustworthy. I'm a gen x baby and so have been to a number of different gp clinics in my time. In my experience the ethos of Diamond Creek Medical Centre is one of good care and good service.

Came in as a new patient for a skin check with Dr Reshmi Sheheli who has a sub specialisation in skin cancer. Was very happy with her thorough and professional approach. As I have a healthcare background, I was pleased to have my questions answered clearly and all findings explained in context. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. Other family members have previously seen Dr James Quinn and they were also very happy with his professional service and knowledge as a GP. Out of pocket prices for consultation and skin check were reasonable and kids (younger than 16) are bulk billed. Parking was also onsite with plenty of spaces and easy access to the reception. Although needing a bit of an internal renovation, I would recommend Diamond Creek Medical Centre and either Dr Sheheli or Dr Quinn based on our experiences so far.
