I wish I could say good things. I am sure I am the odd one out BUT went through the entire long list of questions. All booked in. Told me waiting time was 1 to 2 hours. They left a message an hour later saying they would cancel - sorry there are emergencies... That's 100% fine but there were other availabilities online... So I was just cancelled. Call back if you want to reschedule. So you call back and it takes for ever all over again. The call centre is in the Phillippines with very bad American accents... 'yes maaaaam' type of service but then they can't handle changes because they are only trained to start from the beginning instead of fixing a problem.

Written up in our local paper as servicing our area. Downloaded app & sent request for home visit (including my address). Waited over an hour for a response & they asked if I still needed a Doctor? Put me on hold & then told me they don’t service my area. Why doesn’t the app provide this info when patient’s include their request & home address? Why don’t staff check home address before calling patients? Unprofessional & amateurish...

My elderly mother (who lives in Merewether) waited 2 hrs over the time suggested that doctor would call before phoning again to enquire if she had been forgotten. She was asked for her queue number which had not been given when she initially phoned. She was then given another approximate time . 2 hours past that time, she was phoned to say the doctor had an emergency and probably wouldn't be there until 11 - 11.30 pm. Her initial call was around 8am in the morning. She reasoned that she would be unable to get a prescription filled at 11pm, so cancelled. At 94 yrs of age, I would have thought she might have been given better service (or any age for that matter). Disgusted and would not recommend Dial a Doctor to anybody, despite the service being one of 4 suggested by ambulance.

Waited for more than 5hours. Doctor was here for less than 4minutes. Diagnosed glandular fever with a very poor looking doctor cert. Conditions got worse that evening and ended up going to emergency where the doctor there stated it was infact a sever allergic reaction to something and not glandular fever. Thank goodness all is ok, but could have gone bad very quickly. Please make sure you get second opinion from your usual GP the following day.

Downloaded & booker an appointment on their app. No confirmation. Phoned & no record of booking. Booked over phone. 3 hours later I get a call saying whoops we don’t have anyone working today. We’re canceling your booking. Terrible.

The poorest excuse for an organisation I have ever heard."
I rung in the morning 6:50am .
Terrible service. After work When we are on the way to GP, they called and come to home . we are turned and back to the home and We are waiting about until 10pm. Called few times. 1st they said arrive 15mins but 1and half hours still not come. 2nd call They said ,doctor will come midnight or 1am. I just canceled and a person very rude !! Don't use just go to hospital or use other home doctor service. Just waist times!!!
