Fantastic staff and 5 star care . I have a relative with dementia and I have to say the staff go above and beyond for my relative . Nothing is a problem for them and they spend a lot of time with her and respect her wishes . They never rush her and if they need to stay on a bit longer than they should they always do without complaint . They keep me updated on everything regarding my relative and If I have any problems there is always someone on the end of the phone I can talk to . Best care service I have came across and would recommend them to everyone .

Some amazing well meaning care staff ( high staff turnover) but unfortunately very poorly run. Higher ups (check their website, worst offenders happily show their names and photos) are unkind, uncaring an suprisingly completely uneducated on mental health matters. Training is worst I have ever encountered (not at all user friendly. We're talking hundreds of pages of laws and jargon - most frighteningly is puting those in care at serious risk of harm) I have witnessed incidents and taken appropriate action as my experience taught me to do so but not because their training taught me how to (other staff on duty who were not care experienced (not a criticism) did not know what to do and manager wouldn't answer their phone) Money taken for care that wasn't provided when questions were raised it was immediately shut down. List could go on but I must respect the privacy of service users.
Edit : immediately after posting a suspiciously "positive" review appeared the next day. These reviews are not an accurate representation of the company. Please don't be fooled into leaving your loved ones with untrained and inexperienced staff (again not a criticism but obviously I have witnessed what I (10+ years care experience) consider completely unacceptable and downright dangerous incidents eg overdoses administerd by staff but being dismissed as staff member had "worked here ages" i ended up taking appropriate action despite being told the client "will probably be fine" (this was said by someone with 0 medical training and on- call management wouldn't answer so I took appropriate action myself without their input - seeking medical advice, reporting and of course reassuring & monitoring client whilst waiting for response from NHS)
