I’ve been struggling with my weight for a few years now. I would start a program and would only last a few weeks and then I’d give up and try something else. This went on for way too long. I googled dietitian’s in Raymond Terrace and Destiny Health came up with an offer for a free consult, so I filled out the online request and set up an appointment to meet with Evan. I’m so glad a did. At long last I’m losing weight, getting stronger and having so much fun at the same time. The training sessions are amazing. Tahlia is fantastic and is genuinely proud of our efforts. I really like that she is taking the time to show us the correct way to use the equipment and technique. Highly recommend Destiny Health.

I initially went to see Evan about an ongoing knee complaint, but I was also after a higher level of care beyond your typical Physio. I found Evan to be friendly and knowledgable and more than willing to help. With his guidance and ongoing coaching I was able to take care of other aches and pains, improve my strength and fitness, improve my diet and avoid future injury. As someone needing to get back into a fitness routine after many years of sedentary living I am pleased to have found Evan. Regular gyms are intimidating and good guidance is not always available, so I needed something more supportive. With a few aches and pains already I wanted to avoid injuring myself. Evan is a qualified physiotherapist leading the one on one PT session and it is perfect! Evan has a great approach and is highly encouraging, which leads to best personal results each and every time.
