I'm horrified by the conduct of this business.

Knowing that they support remote Australian communitites with high needs and disbaled children they should have considered their resposnibilities when pulling out of WA with no warning. We had to find out third hand that despite a contract in place for services we would no longer be recieving support from Desert Therapy.
On top of that they have taken funding for reports and summaries and despite multiple follow ups are ignoring all contact and withoholding reports.
I wouldn't trust this company with the needs of any remote community or isolated disabled person as they clearly don't understand the sensitivities required to work with these demographics.
