Dr. K and all the team, including front desk team, are always great. In patience, investing time to serve and listen to us as people, as well as care taken. I always leave knowing Dr. K has cared about me, not rushed me, and listened carefully. I really appreciate her support and investigating into the concerns I’ve experienced.

The waiting times are absolutely ridiculous. Even when I arrive on time, I end up waiting for an hour or more, and if you're even slightly late, the situation is no better. It’s clear that the practice doesn’t value your time at all. To top it off, the doctors are often “sick” or unavailable, forcing you to reschedule or see someone who’s equally uninterested in offering proper care.

I expected a lot more from a healthcare facility, and frankly, I’m appalled by the lack of attention to both patient well-being and time management. It’s hard to trust a practice that treats patients like a burden rather than someone in need of help.

This medical practice has been looking after me and my family for over 10 years. My main go to doctor is Dr Kalamani (Dr K) and I adore her. Doesn't hesitate to refer if she thinks the case is more complex and has seen me and my family through the worst and best of times medically. Even when they moved to mixed billing I still won't go anywhere else as money can't buy the familiarity and the medical care I've received throughout the years. No idea why I've never left a Google review before now but hope you guys never move!
