I had a 9.30am appointment that was over 45minutes wait (they had said they were short staffed) so I offered to come back after I went shopping next door to kill time, they gave me a new appointment time around lunch. Came back and waited and waited then they had a medical emergency with their staff in which staff were busy helping with. I then wasnt able to be seen and said I could come back later or they could call with a new appointment. At this stage only half of my booked services had been done. At 2pm I had work at the racecourse looking after my horses, they rung and wanted immediate payment (literally while I was exercising my horses at work) and said I’ll be done after 4pm and could go back to my hotel and get my wallet and come back. Making out I left without payment is horrendous considering I waited for hours to be seen when I had appointments booked, and derm skin was struggling with their own staffing issues. It was no body’s fault, but to paint a picture like they have in the reply is very poor customer service, considering I’ve only documented and reviewed on a service that was sub par. I mentioned in my original review that the woman are lovely; but their reply trying to make out the customer was trying to leave without payment is rough!

I also wasn’t prescribed DMK anything, nor was I asked to be, I said I had liked the products that were used on me, staff tried to up sell me some but said I can’t travel home with anything more.

The ladies at Derm skin are so lovely which is why I didn’t give a 1 star but unfortunately my botox and dysport results were less than desirable. I had more units than I’d ever had, I said I like to be frozen. At my two week post treatment I was topped up another 14 units as I still had a lot of movement. I am now almost 4 weeks post the top up and still have a lot of movement. I had my crows feet, forehead and frown done. I was only in Brisbane for a few months for work, I’ve now moved home so cannot return for review again. I had the same injector both times and can only think the placement wasn’t great? I’ve had botox and dysport in the past with brilliant results from both. I hadn’t had anything for probably 18 months before this round of anti wrinkle and wasn’t super regular before that, have probably had 6-8 goes at anti wrinkle treatments over the last 7 years, so I haven’t become resistant to the products either. Derm skin also did a lip flip at the same appointment and it did work but results only lasted a month.

I had a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in - the staff were friendly and welcoming. After booking online, the therapist’s consultation revealed a better option for my skin concerns, which I appreciated. I took her recommendation, and the results were amazing. I was so impressed that I booked my next session right away. Highly recommend!

I consider this clinic a little hidden gem. I travel almost 40 minutes to get here. It is cute and classy and provides a range of services. I personally have had many appointments here now and will continue as a customer. There were a few minor hiccups to begin with whilst we got to know each other, but they went above and beyond to rectify and ensure I received above standard service. Would recommend

My experience with Emma was professional and thorough. She is a great injector and has a lovely, personable demeanour. I am really happy with the results and post 2 week check up had a top up amount included in initial price. I am 52, so I have a lot of lines and like to look super smooth.
I did have to wait awhile for my first appointment (about 45 mins), but on my second was seen straight away.
All staff have an excellent knowledge of cosmetic injectables and feel confident with the services. Looking forward to my facial in a couple of weeks time.
