New layout, very customer friendly, when I always there the queue was non existent and I got immediate friendly service. Waited for about 7 minutes for my number, went and sat In a comfortable chair and was helped by a very efficient and personable staff member and I was out the door with my trailer registered in less than 15 minutes. For me it felt like they are moving with the times.

Best Government Service Centre, State or Federal, that I have ever used. Today was the third time that I have been to the Bundamba office and once again it was a fast, pleasant experience.

Each time I have been it has been very busy but the wait time is minimal and the friendly, efficient staff have my tasks completed and I’m out the door in no time.

Back in today 13 March, twice, and jobs done in no time. Staff were excellent, particularly Tien.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR P1 DRIVING TESTS!! I recently had my P1 test here, and to put it bluntly my experience was awful. Examiner I had was rude, miserable and did not put in any effort to ease my nerves, I was visibly shaking while holding the steering wheel and the examiner was down right rude when I asked to repeat a direction. The examiner was also sarcastic, and had an almost snarky attitude towards me which didn’t help me at all during my test. Additionally, this particular examiner had his leg leaning so much over my gearstick I could barely change gears properly. I knew from the second this examiner entered my car it was not going to end well, which really speaks volumes about how the staff here are trained. This particular examiner I believe his name starting with a D, needs to be retrained ASAP. These are still kids at the end of the day. Please don’t book your test here.

I arrived at the Bundamba centre at 9.30am. Plenty of parking, no queue at the counter. Waited 5 minutes for my number to be called out. The Customer Service person was very friendly, helpful and efficient. I arrived back at my car at 9.45am!

When I walked in I wasn’t ready for the new relaxed decor, very much focussed on the customer experience. I walked in on a Friday afternoon - the queue was non existent and I got immediate friendly service at the counter. 2”Was immediately issued with a number and went to sit on a comfortable lounge to wait - as it turns out for a little over 5 minutes before for my number was called. Got to sit in a comfortable chair and was helped by a very efficient and friendly staff member and I was out the door in less than 15 minutes. The public service has come a long way and it’s all for the good.

Only had a 5min wait today, the ladies at the front desk and room were really welcoming and helpful. I recommend going here. I was in and out in 15 20 mins tops, including all the paperwork I needed to fill out 😊
