Talking with Delina has given me a pathway for optimal fuelling in sport and everyday life that is tailored to my own requirements and needs. Her approach is wholistic and she offers advice that is clear and easy to put into practice. From a cyclists angle, I believe that most people could see far greater benefit from exploring this avenue for increased performance and energy than investing large amounts of money on equipment for gains that are much harder to quantify. Seeking nutritional customization should be a much greater consideration for the masses, not your last thought, Delina is the best option for guidance in this area I have found.

Delina knows nutrition and sport, is easy to talk to and connect with, and provides a comprehensive nutrition plan, shopping lists and recipes to get you to peak performance.
As an endurance athlete, professional and mum herself, she also knows a bit about life and balance which brings depth to her consults and services. I totally recommend Delina for nutritional advice and makeover!

Delina has helped me massively in my preperation for the GC marathon.i can't thank her or reccomend her enough, what she has done for me is nothing short of awesome.
I made the decision to search for a nutritionist in the lead up to my first full marathon as i'm someone that has often struggled with my weight and nutrition. After meeting with Delina i recieved a full meal plan that was both easy to follow and full of food I like.
In the 8 weeks since we met i've lost over 5KG and have never felt or run better.
