I cannot speak highly enough of Nurse Jen! I recently brought my 3-year-old son and 5-year-old daughter to Delacombe Medical Centre for their flu vaccines. We had previously seen Jen at another clinic and were devastated to hear she was no longer there — I was so anxious about taking the kids to someone new.

To my absolute relief, as we waited in the waiting room, I heard a familiar voice say, “Look how big your babies have grown!” It was Jen! I was instantly at ease, and so were the kids.

Jen is truly amazing with children. The moment we stepped into her room, my kids’ faces lit up. She had it beautifully set up with fairy lights, toys, and games. After receiving their flu shots (and a mountain of stickers), the lights went off, music came on, and they had a mini dance party! What I thought would be a stressful appointment turned into a joyful, fun experience.

Jen has a special gift for making kids feel safe and happy. My daughter is already asking when we can go back to see her! This clinic is incredibly lucky to have such a wonderful nurse. We’ll definitely be back for all future vaccinations with Jen!

Have been using DMC for the last year and can't fault the doctors, nurses or reception staff. All are friendly and willing to help where they can. I just took my 6 week son for his immunisations and the nurses were great. They remembered me from other visits and were interested in my son and trying to make the process as pain/guilt free for me and him as possible. Also great for a laugh and a chat 🙂

Best clinic i ever met. Lovely reception and best Dr With Dr Yasir. Dr Yasir is the best Dr , he always caring. From the very first appointment, Dr Yasir warmth and attentiveness brought comfort not just to my body, but to my heart.

I've transferred to Delacombe Medical a few months ago and would highly recommend the clinic. The reception staff are great and always helpful and friendly.
I've recently been to Dr Wang and have been very happy with her helpful suggestions and her williness to research something I asked her re a recent Xray.

No issues at all with reception and staff as they have been nothing but accommodating and professional. However, for my past 2 telehealth appointments, the doctor has been late for more or less an hour. In fact, it’s 4:12pm now and I still have not been called for my 2:50pm appointment. I had to call reception both times to confirm if the appointment was pushing through. I checked the other 1-star reviews (which oddly enough were not replied to compared to the more positive reviews) and it seems like I am not the only one who has experienced this. Perhaps increase the time between appointments if this will be an ongoing issue?

Edit: Time check 5:35pm, still no call.
