The clinic admission was great and super fast. There is no much ventilation inside the clinic, which is not healthy. The doctor, Dr. Nour Ali, was very considerate and knew what to do, he diagnosed my case quite well without asking for a lot of X-rays, etc. he just figured it out quickly and rightfully.
The parking is not the best. Beware do not park in front of the clinic in Canterbury St, there is a lot of parking bays that are drawn in the street but there is no stoppage sign in the same time. It is very confusing. I parked there without noticing the no stoppage sign and I got an infringement notice from the council.
You can park either in any side street or in foodworks parking and walk for 3 to 5 mins to the clinic

Came in feeling very unwell and under the weather walked up to reception and was welcomed by a warm beautiful smile think she goes by the name Fatima she was very helpful and very kind her warmth gave me strength in a dark time to revive my strength. Lovely service lovely doctors doctor hamidi and doctor hargos! Will be coming back

I have been going to Dr Abdi for almost 20 years.
He has always been Professional, always takes my blood pressure and asks me questions Re my health before the consultation starts.

He is always thorough and I am never rushed out of his door! I have never had a problem with any staff member at the desk. I have found all staff to be pleasant at all times.

The reception staff are truly exceptional, and I also want to commend the nurses and my female doctor for their outstanding care. I highly recommend this practice for their supportive approach and dedication to going above and beyond for their patients.

ThIs would have to be 1 of the worst medical centres to go to. The receptionist was ok, but the doctor is rude and unprofessional. Tried to rush me out and there weren't any other patients waiting at 5.30PM. I was only in there for a few minutes and he talked over me and not even paying attention . I asked for a blood test and he told me to go to my regular GP. I had to pay a $40 registration fee for new patient. No invoice, from reception.
Please don't go there for anything serious.

The receptionists at this medical centre are extremely unprofessional and rude. If you raise a concern in a fair manner or ask a question regarding bookings they become annoyed and they will hang up on you.

Do not under any circumstance see Dr. Hagos. I have never in my life seen a doctor who will go out of his way to dismiss you and speak to you in a disgusting manner. He is extremely unprofessional. He literally does not want to provide you with a medical service. He’ll see you in less than a few minutes and get angry if you ask questions. He will even go as far as threaten you when you are vulnerable and sick. He does not care for his patients, he is unethical and lazy. He needs to be reported. He refused to help me with a hospital referral and asked me to email the hospital myself, absurd.

I have never in my life experienced unprofessional doctor like I did with Dr Nour Ali to the point where I physically felt threatened by him. I wasn’t even the patient of his my mum and grandma attended on 28.04.24 due to their doctor being on leave. I attended with my mum as I thought maybe there was a misunderstanding on how she explained to me that he handled their appointment. She needed something on the prescription changed and when I said to her why don’t you go back and ask him to change it she broke down in tears and started crying of the way he treated her at the appointment and physically started to shake how distressed she was and scared. I said to her I’ll come with you I can’t imagine a doctor being like that. And sure enough she absolutely had every right to be distressed. He is beyond unprofessional, rude and aggressive in the manner he talks with raising his voice. Even after I had said to him can you please lover your voice you are coming off very aggressive, you think he would change his tone, nope he continued to have a raised voice and proceeded to tell me “I’m not aggressive if you don’t like it go make a complaint”. As I got up to walk out I said to him “you know I thought that maybe there was a misunderstanding why my mum was so distressed after seeing you but I can now see why” he got up and aggressively walked towards me where I had to put my hand out like a child to another child and say to him “STOP. Don’t you dare put your hand on me!” He then replies with “Get Out!” standing inches from me. I walk out and as I walked out he slams the door behind me. I then went to reception and the receptionist asked what happened, I explained to her she was so shocked and gave me his details and the name of the person I can speak to at the clinic and just kept apologising (how lovely of her not even her fault to apologise for his behaviour). This doctor 1 does not deserve to be called a doctor and 2 should never be allowed to practice. I cannot believe what I had witnessed today and am beyond gobsmacked that there is a doctor like this out there where a patient is leaving feeling scared and distressed of the way they were treated and than to have to bring someone with them to the next appointment and for that person to also be leaving feeling like they are physically going to get assaulted by a doctor-I am honestly lost at this behaviour and will definitely go as far as I can to report him before another patient experiences this behaviour from him.

I am new to the area and was tossing up which GP clinic to go to.. I couldn’t have made a better decision. From reception to the medical staff everyone is so fantastic, I was so well taken care of with empathy, follow up appts, (and lucky bonus) they have weekend availability! Thank you 🙂
