The results I’ve had from my EMDR sessions with Jaime have been incredible. Better than I had hoped or expected. Jaime is an intelligent and highly skilled therapist. She listened carefully and with her help I was able to articulate the main points for us to focus on in our sessions.
I have tried other therapies but nothing has been as effective as EMDR. Within just a couple of weeks I have felt my confidence as a person return to me and the challenges in my life feel manageable once more.
