My usual G.P. is very popular, so difficult to get an appointment. DRMC afforded me an appointment the following day. The staff were welcoming and efficient. The premises comfy. The attending doctor is very personable, listened and his diagnosis was precise. I highly recommend DRMC. I'll be back.

Absolutely amazing service! The girls at reception were so helpful with my queries first over the phone and then at the centre. The nurse was just amazing. They made the whole vaccination process for my children so easy and an excellent overall experience. Will definitely be coming back to this centre. Highly recommend.

I never had problems before. Loved this clinic
But this one time I went in with my daughter aa walk in patients and waited nearly 1 hour while others who had walked in after us also as a walk in with no appointments got seen before my daughter. I then confronted the receptionist and she had the audicity to lie to my face and say they had appointments booked when I clear heard the couple ask if its possible for them to be seen by the 1st available doctor and she replied yes.

It is almost impossible to find a bulk billing medical centre these days let alone one with quality and caring doctors.

I highly recommend Dr Carrie Win and Dr Sharmin Sultana, both are very caring and take the time to listen to their patients. Best to make an appointment as it is a very busy practice and walk-in appointments aren’t always guaranteed. Even with an appointment you can expect to wait a little bit until seen (the compromise you make when having a doctor actually listen and not rush).

Parking isn’t great especially when busy but heaps of street parking available with a short walk.
