I can’t rate this experience highly enough! The service at this day surgery clinic was 5-star from start to finish. I had horrible experience today 15/4 in Darwin day surgery care centre. It runs like low cost airlines model does not tell your true costs ie refuse to give my bill. The service was atrocious except for one nurse by the name Jen who was excellent and polite. What surprise me, I was sitting in waiting room for about 3 hours and notice that the nurses were fine other patients except me. I m sure whether Darwin Day surgery has proper SOP.

This is my second time seeing DR Mahajani. This time we are three hours late after already calling last night to push my surgery back 4 hours. During my 6 appointment with this doctor over the last 2 years I have sat in a waiting room now for 22 hours waiting on him. Will deffinitly be seeing a new doctor from now on. This doctor is an absolute joke and I feel sorry for his staff having to apogogise for his over booked schedule.

You feel a bit like a product on an assembly line. But they were able to fit me in quickly, which is more than the public hospital.
The anaesthesia was expensive for the procedure in my view.

Really good care! I came in for a procedure and only had to wait half an hour or so - the after care and nurses were excellent. Really thankful this is an option other than the hospitals here 🙂
