I don’t know why i keep attempting to visit this practice. The service from reception right through to the doctors is just so poor.
Back when Dr Poli was first there and even when Dr Parker first started, it seemed like the staff had a bit of care, as these Drs were old school values….. but obviously with the change in Drs went the care and its now just a business transaction. Perhaps when the Drs begin caring it may filter back to the front line staff.
I gave it 1* as to post a review you cant put a 0*.

I went do the Drs yesterday with a severe sore throat, fever and lots of pain and swelling. Dr. Anne examined me and said it was bizzare because my tonsils weren't swollen and she can't see any sign of infection so she sent me home with pretty much nothing. Today I ended up in urgent care diagnosed with Strep throat and given penicillin for 10 days and steroids as it was a severe case of strep throat which was diagnosed upon even taking a look. She took a swab which she said would be ready by about Sunday. When I got to urgent care they said if I hadn't gone in my throat could have closed up. Disappointing service at Lansdale. Not treating patients correctly.

Best medical centre in Perth.
Receptionists are amazing. Always always obliging to help, get messages across to doc or sending requested emails. Dr Parker is exceptional! Never leaves a stone unturned and not only top of her game knowledge wise but also humble and is so understanding of mental health.

Absolutely wonderful practice. Such great reception staff who are always cheery and want to help where they can. All doctors are so great (particularly Dr Nakhuda) they take their time and are extremely thorough even if they are in a rush. I am extremely grateful to be a patient here and consistently receive the same amazing standard of service :)! Thank you Darch Medical Team!

The reception staff are wonderful! However, I wish it was bulk billed as with living costs today I cannot afford to keep paying out extra expenses. 😔 Even if the Dr's are friendly and kind.

Booked for sons appointment. He is very cranky baby and to get him to an appointment is a hassle. So organised a baby sitter for him. I got appointment so drove all the way to darch 30 min away from my house .
Waited 20 minutes . Found out reception booked me with GP instead of podiatry . I almost cried bcoz it’s very hard to take special needs kids anywer and mess up like this happens . When I said so many times I am booking for podiatry and even just before appointment I called and said I have podiatry appointment. Nobody picked it up until I asked GP if he is a podiatrist why can’t he see my son? .
Worst experience ever !! Not coming back

Doctors and the staff are good however I attended the center for a general consultation and was given the INCORRECT MBS Item number , would have been great if they could be more cautious about the item numbers when adding to the bills as this do lead customers to bare more cost !
