The service at this centre is good. The nurse was great! She was professional, friendly and efficient. We saw the Dr pretty quickly although the sign says up to 3 hrs wait. It’s a nice clean modern atmosphere, would recommend if you urgently need to see a nurse and Dr but not life threatening.

Professional service from the receptionists, nurses and doctors. A bit of a wait but understandable because a triage system is in place. A much needed option for people who need to seek medical help on the weekend when they can't get in to their own medical practise.

I had cause to visit the urgent care clinic on Sunday after lacerating my cornea in the garden. I was seen within half an hour by a lovely doctor (my apologies I cannot remember his name )..
He was thorough, professional and provided me with the care I needed.
We are fortunate to have this great service to avoid hours in the E.D .

I highly recommend this service and especially Dr Brendan Leslie.

I needed to take my 8 year old Son in today with an acute ear ache as we were unable to get into our own Dr on short notice.

The time, care and personal communication skills he offered my Son there today were the best I have come across in a very long time.

He deserves to praised for his dedication.

When you are calling to determine whether test results have come in and wanting to be pointed in the right direction for my family.

I had been placed into a terrible.phone system with no idea of wait time or call back system.

Instead I was forced to wait 50 mins before I said enough was enough. Theres a limit to what is acceptable to people these days...

They really need to upgrade and care about customer service

I recently had a day surgery performed by my regular doctor (not affiliated with Dapto Medical Centre), but I started experiencing issues with the wound afterward. I visited the urgent care at Dapto Medical Centre, and the nurses and doctors there were absolutely amazing. The receptionist Monique and the other ladies were absolutely awesome. The nurses thoroughly cleaned, glued, and redressed my wound. I returned for follow-up check-ups in the subsequent days and consistently received treatment characterized by respect, kindness, patience, and compassion. The level of care provided was exceptional, and I am extremely grateful for their professionalism and dedication.

Can’t recommend enough! Every time has been so easy for staff to accommodate for myself. The RN I believe her name is Cherece is so lovely & is a wealth of knowledge. The doctors are also very helpful & never dismissive!
