Staffs are so rude and rasist specifically who is taking blood sample australian grandmother is not happy to see foreigner and the exray room is so 300 to 400 meter far from building not connected same building not well organised comparison to Sydney parramata , Sydney Clarence Street they are far better from you guys. I am so sorry there is some rude staff and rasist for foreigner shame on you guys.

I just visited the doctors and received a script and I asked for it to be converted to a PBS script and the doctor refused and would not follow the process and ring NSW health for approval. I escalated this twice letting the office manager know and she refused to do anything as well. I’ll be reporting this to NSW health and ensuring this is escalated.

Absolutely horrible medical centre. The doctors are consistently late, any appointments you have are actually about an hour to two hours behind. Dr Rakheja has absolutely awful patient relations and care practices, there is absolutely no follow up and no interest in your health. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else but here to see a GP.

I recently took my mum to visit this Medical Centre. We were promptly looked after and waited a reasonable period of time for the doctor to see us - unlike other medical centres where the wait are minimum 1.5 hours. Thank you to the entire team and thank you especially to Jamane at front desk who was kind and attentive. We appreciate all your hard work in looking after the community.

I had an exceptional experience at Dapto Medical and Family Practice, all thanks to their outstanding receptionist. Not only were they incredibly professional, but they also went above and beyond to help me. I was dealing with a sharp pain in my lower stomach and after waiting for hours at the emergency room, I reached out to the medical centre. Thanks to their prompt assistance, I was able to organize an appointment and was seen the same day. Their swift action led to the confirmation that I had appendicitis, and they helped me get it sorted without further complication. It's disheartening to hear about the unfair review they received from another customer, because my interaction with them was nothing short of excellent. Keep up the fantastic work!

I have been going to this practice for quite some time and find all the staff amazing and friendly to talk to. Jamane in particular is always going above and beyond to help me, answer any of my questions without hesitation and always with a smile on his face! I highly recommend this practice as I always feel so well looked after and welcomed by their friendly front desk team.

The male receptionist Jamane has zero patient skills. He is rude, dismissive, condescending and very arrogant. He has been rude to me prior but this last interaction was the most unpleasant. I have also witnessed him be quite harsh in his tone to other patients when interacting with them. I can see that he has similar reviews already posted online and I don't understand how the clinic could have such a person of that character represent them or be able to interact with patients of any kind, but especially those that are very ill or vulnerable. AND yes I am a patient of the clinic before you go and write that you don't have any record of me to avoid taking accountability or trying to discredit me as a fake review. Our family will now be moving to a new practice. I do not recommend this practice to anyone that is expecting gentleness, compassion, understanding, helpfulness, friendly direction or a pleasant nature via telephone or in person. Suggestion to the Office Manager....record your telephone conversations "for training purposes" to witness first hand how your patients are spoken to.

Had I been writing this review a few years ago I would have been giving 5 stars. Have been going to see Dr Ooi for both myself and my family for about 5 years. He is a caring man and always very thorough. Practise manager is also beautiful. However the receptionists who answer the phone have grown increasingly rude over the last while. In particular the male receptionist. He sounds like he would rather be anywhere else. And I respect the fact that anyone can have a bad day but every day seems to be a bad day for this team. Am now changing to a practise where people have some manners when they answer the phone. Everyone is under pressure at work for one reason or another. It’s no excuse for rudeness.
