I don’t leave reviews… but I’m gonna have to. The worst doctors practice I’ve ever had anything to do with. Phoned in as my newborn had a rash, was told to come to urgent care and spent an hour waiting to be seen…. Only to be told they don’t deal with newborns because of an issue they had. Everytime I go down I’m waiting an hour to see my doctor or told my appointment was cancelled… wait hours if I need imaging done. People on reception are rude and full of themselves. After numerous issues, I won’t be returning.

The worst Dr i have ever seen. I paid $100 to see him, i told him there were only 2 things i had to talk about, after the first one he tried to rush me out, and i said i only have 1 more, he gave me a speech about him not taking any new patients and i need to see my normal Dr, i argued my point and he asked if i booked a long appt, i said i booked a standard consult as its 2 things. He relented and then just brushed off my symptoms and added on to the original pathology request, again gave me a lecture about booking a long consult next time. I told him ive just paid $100 to see him for 2 thing, this is a horrible service and he should be ashamed for his patient care. He just said thank you and i walked out. Never going there again!

Doctor was lovely and everyone that I was seen by where really friendly and efficient. The three girls at reception were talking and eating and I felt like I had interfered with them confirming my appointment. Felt very uneasy .

Knowledgeable doctor who was great with my 3 year old. Felt genuinely cared for after poor experience elsewhere. Minimal wait time even being one of the last appointments of the day. Love that we can always get an appointment at short notice.

I waited 34 minutes yesterday to book an appointment for my son in law, even with the call back option when the call back was returned I was still on hold a further 5 minutes.
The appointment was booked for 1010 today 17/09/2024 with Dr Ahmad with a receptionist who had told me she wouldn't update the details over the phone, she would wait until he came into the practice, even after mentioning the details were all wrong and needed updating.
Once he arrived at the practice for this appointment he was told no appointment existed and he would have to sort something else out. I know I booked this appointment for 1010, and now he’s had make yet another appointment due to incompetence, this has put me out as I have other things going on and for a medical centre to simply not have enough empathy to help seek an alternative this is simply unacceptable.
I will be raising this further and expecting an outcome this is poor customer service when people are already vulnerable.
They are also very abrupt and avoidance in taking accountability.
My son in law suffers anxiety and struggles with confidence and when these things happens it makes his health suffer as he becomes less likely to seek help. Completely unacceptable.
The doctors are brilliant but reception staff need some training.

First time attending the clinic, the space is very clean, big and all staff are friendly. Dr I saw was very thorough and gave me all necessary medications and forms needed. Pathology onsite and open on weekends. I will definitely be returning

My partner could only get in for a telehealth call as there were no bookings available for a week. I watched as she has endured pain and sleepless nights waiting days for this 10min phone call. Alas, an hour after the call was scheduled see checked the appointment only to find out that it had been cancelled. No impressed and not in the patience best interest.

If I could do no stars, I would. I work, and have worked in medical practices for years, this place is the WORST!! Have been waiting on hold to talk to a Receptionist so far for 25mins. The automated reply says my position in que is 2 wait time approx. 6mins....that's before I even get to talk to anyone. Some of the Dr's are good, and some of the Receptionists are ok, but, as a medical practice the absolute pits!! Lift your game....
