Reception staff always very helpful and after a booked basic consultation with Dr Rolfe which ended in me being there hours, I never felt ignored. She was checking in on me in the nursing area between consults. Possibly the best general practice I've stumbled across.

I would like to say thank you to the Dental Practice at Currambine Family Practice. Dr Hang is a fantastic dentist, she has helped me with some problems and fixed them.

She is very gentle with injections, you don't feel them at all and she reassures you right through the process. I have never had such a wonderful dentist, thank you.

Her assist Farkhunda is also so lovely, I wanted to say when she put pressure of a reassuring hand on my should whilst having injections in my mouth, was a very helpful and loving gesture. Thank you for that.

Anne the dental receptionist is lovely, helpful and friendly. It makes such a difference when a nervous patient is waiting in the reception, to have a reassuring receptionist make you feel more at ease.

Overall, I am so lucky to have finally found the dentist I have spent three years looking for.

To Dr Hang and her incredible staff, thank you so much.

Unfortunately this practice used to be mine and my sons preferred GP although now unfortunately it’s impossible to ever get an appointment, no exceptions for pregnant people or young children. The receptionists are never interested in helping to find us an appointment either they just say “no one is available”. We haven’t been able to see anyone in over a year - I think I’ll give up trying now and find a practice who want to help.

Amazing doctors, Physio and blood test. Everyone there has been amazing and actually care about your health. I'm always happy to recommend someone to them. Sue who does the blood test takes amazing care and listen to you when you say you are scared and takes her time to make sure you are okay and doesn't just kick you out as soon as you have finished. Physio there is amazing as well and has done my knee wonders. Dr Breana has been there through everything for me and understands and takes her time to listen. The front desk staff are every lovely and always happy to have a chat. I will never go anywhere else.

No complaints about the doctors here at all. It’s a clean modern busy practice.
But there is one particular short dark haired older receptionist that is always unsmiling, unwelcoming, rude and obstructive, she can make your experience thoroughly unpleasant. When you’re feeling unwell this can be especially challenging. If I go there and see her my heart sinks.

From the moment we walked in, and being a new patient, the receptionist saw how unwell I was, and took me to the treatment room where I was cared for by RN Brenda, until Doctor Kate saw me. I was treated with respect and empathy, and I highly recommend this medical practice and all the staff. Thank you.

Was really grateful that Lauren Johnson was able to fit me in as the original doctor was off sick. She diagnosed the problem straight away and the medication is kicking in already. I have had weeks of feeling awful so this near immediate improvement is sooooo good. Thanks Lauren

Rude reception staff, literally laughed at me on the phone and implied I was lying!!! Not my usual practice - I changed before because receptionist was rude and appts hard to obtain! Maybe they need to address this! Seems a regular complaint……! Sure the Drs are probably pretty good!
