My son in myself waited for 2 hours which we had an appointment the he picked another patient in before us then my son walked out because he gets bobergs ID as it is and when I told the secretary the male doctor close our books. Before I saw the male doctor I saw his wife from another appointment I didn't feel right with her so I was wondering where in hell did they got their licence as a doctor
There's a couple of times my partner took our son to see the male doctor and then he billed my partner at the same time for visit him as a patience which my partner only was there for support my son

It took ages to find a practice where I felt like an individual. Dr Sumihiri is lovely and the reception staff know the patients. Very welcoming.

I was refused treatment from a doctor that I depended on after I went on a weekend away and forgot my medication. The practice Manager is on a power trip. I called to ask to get a script sent to a Chemist in the town I was staying in. The practice Manager said sorry we don't do that. It didn't matter how much I pleaded that I could not go without my medication she kept up her uncaring stalwart position. I hung up and cried to my friends as the only option I had was to return home Cessnock, a 6 hour drive away. One of my friends called the surgery back as she is a lawyer and insisted they had a duty of care to me as a patient essentially in distress.. so yes they ended up faxing or emailing a script through to a Chemist in the town I was staying in.. so yes it must be legal and possible. A month later I made an appointment to see my Doctor. The day before my appointment my doctor called me with the practice Manager on speaker and told me she would no longer treat me because of my inappropriate behaviour I was devastated as I was dealing with a very difficult traumatic situation in my life and had found a GP that I trusted. I went down hill with my mental health then.

Excellent care here. Yes, sometimes you have to wait longer than expected but understand it's not all about you. Yes I'm having a dig at all you grizzle guts sooks that had to wait a bit longer, boo hoo - get over it. This surgery would have to be the best in the area.

Discusted, failed to send off a urgent referral for a heart spec for a toddler, stuffed around to do so my partner done your job for you

My youngest is currently hospiltalized after the clinic giving us the all clear.

Not the only issues iv had with this surgury.

The reception staff that work there at the moment are so rude and inconsiderate. It is not the type of job you can turn up to with the attitude of someone who works behind a bar. Very unprofessional and un approachable. If any complaint is made, it is not accepted before it is argued about and defended. Long story short, dont complain unless you want an argument. Have been attending the service for 8 years, and it has been a lovely practice untill recently. Disappointing.

Been to this doctors once for my children they both had viral infections doctor didn't even check their throats ears nothing and sent them off. Negligence on behalf of them and a poor baby still went on without an infection because of the trust we had for their judgement. Pregnancy care don't even bother with this place they've gotten their degrees from a cereal box

21 years today, I have been with this practice. They have been instramental in caring for me throughout this time and I firmly believe Dr Holly saved my life. Presenting to the surgery with chest pain, Dr Holly put me into his car and took me to Cessnock Hospital, sure enough I was in the midst of a heart attack. Had this great doctor not got me to help asap I may not be review here.
