I’ve been coming to this clinic for aviation medicals for the past 5 years. I always book the first appointment of the day and without fail, every single year, the doctor runs late and makes me wait for 30 minutes. Even though I’ve booked a time, 5 other patients are sharing the same booking. Good thing I’m waiting, because it allowed me time to write this review and perhaps you can do the same when you come here.

I have been coming to this practice for almost 10 years, always proffesional and always greated with a smile. There are times when you need to wait however I do understand that this can be the nature of the business. Dr Crilly makes sure he covers everything he needs to do, I guess this can sometimes go over time. I am more than happy with the service.

My partner and I went to see this doctor to pick up some routinely prescriptions and was met with ridicule by the staff and the doctor himself for going to another doctor months ago for a different medical emergency while these guys were fully booked out (they only have 1 doctor still my partner always chose Dr. Crilley mostly out of loyalty). I couldn’t understand their hostility towards my partner so I tried to speak out and they snapped at me too. He kept going on about exiling my partner for going elsewhere saying he signed some papers with a real disgruntled look on his face, even though it was them who was booked out at the time. This conflict was totally uncalled for, putting money and other practices aside people should be much more caring towards their patients. Definitely a strange place to go and I don’t recommend.

Good Service with pre-booked GP. Normally still have to wait 30mins, sometimes GP takes more time for deep consultation.
Much much better than others 24 hours clinics. Of course it’s better going hospital if you are urgent / emergency. =)
