I cannot thank Chris and his team enough for their hard work and care. Chris performs annual heart scans on my cat Mew and always gives me such detailed updates on her condition and helps keep me calm when receiving difficult news. My other cat Walt recently was having issues with chronic vomiting and after numerous investigations at his local vets he got referred up to a specialist, I cannot tell you the relief when they told me it would be "Crumpets" looking after him, I just knew he would be in the best hands. Chris found the problem almost instantly and Walt got rushed into surgery to remove a blockage from a piece of plastic that Walt had eaten. Yet again Chris gave me so much reassurance, information and knowledge about Walts condition, showed me x-rays and went through all the findings, etc. I just can't recommend this practice enough, I can't thank Chris and his team enough. They really are the best. Thank you for giving me back my silly, bright and mischievous baby boy again ❤️

My beloved Moggy was a stray before I found him. I was referred to CrumPets vet due to substantial fluid build up in his abdomen, which my vet and test results suggested it could be a heart problem. The vet and staff at Crumpets vet are so very kind and friendly, making me very comfortable leaving Moggy there for the day to get all the tests done. The vet even gave me 50% off treatments due to Moggy being a stray. Although the end result was not what I had hoped for, I am at peace knowing that the vet and staff here had taken such good care of Moggy and had given him a fighting chance. Thank you ❤️?

A big thank you from our cat Honey to Chris and his team for checking her heart today and giving us the good news.

We were extremely worried after her brother sadly passed away from sudden heart failure. Chris was extremely thorough and clear in his explanations. I really appreciated all the imagery and all additional tests he did to give us peace of mind.

Can’t thank CrumPets enough for the care they provided for our boy Angus! The vet was absolutely fantastic, listened to us, explained every option and removed a tough 3 inch piece of grass from behind his palate that was causing him great difficulty with his breathing, eating and put great stress on his heart. We will be eternally grateful to Chris, Gemma and the entire team at CrumPets Vets. Our world fell apart when our 9 month old miniature dachshund got incredibly sick very quickly. We were close to losing her and our own vet had written off her chances of survival. If it wasn’t for CrumPets she wouldn’t be here today. Our wee dog Sam was very ill and CrumPets Vet took him for a Scan then ultimately an operation to remove a blockage! Luckily for us the operation was successful and Sam is making a good recovery. Cannot speak highly enough of the care and attention that was given to Sam and ourselves throughout a very stressful time. Really careful and attentive staff and 5 star ⭐️ treatment throughout. Couldn’t be more thankful to the team at CrumPets! Prepared myself for the worst taking my almost 12 year old chihuahua in with heart problems, but couldn’t be happier that we brought him home with the right medication and advice to keep him happy and prolong his life. Highly recommend!

I couldn’t be more grateful to Chris and his team at Crumpets. They took Hamish for a life saving operation, which most vets would not have attempted because of an underlying heart condition. They treated him with so much love and kindness. At the time of decision to treat we had a fair and frank conversation about our options and outcomes. The cost of the treatment was more than fair. He’s now home with me looking and behaving like the boy I know.
