Please avoid it at all costs! It’s 2024 and the booking system and customer service here are still worse! What is the point of having an appointment when you cannot accommodate that? I had to wait almost 2 hours to see the doctor here. I’m not sure if the doctors or the management of this centre can see it but if you can, please, do not take in any appointments if you don't have the availability or capability to do so. Also, the girl at the reception showed a lot of attitude to their clients. It could be because they don't have name badges on so they can be like that. I looked up some previous complaints, the issue has remained unchanged since 2016 (8 years) I don't know the reason behind it, could be due to staffing or KPI.

I've been in this clinic for a long time, Dr. Voung and Dr.Chen are my favourite, they're good and really care about the patients, i don't mind going there even it takes me an hour to go and sometimes an hour to wait for my turn,it's really worth it. Dr's like them who really care about the health of a patients are hard to find. Receptionist are nice and friendly
too. Highly recommended 👌

Terrible booking system and receptionist. Have to wait for at least 1 hour everytime. My toddler cound not see the doctor after 2 hours of waiting today. What is the point of appointment if you could not make it on time. One of the receptionist is pretty rude.
If you have time to waste then this place is for you.

I made an appointment with doctor Vuong 2 weeks before, and on the day of the appointment I waited 2 hours but it wasn't my turn yet. Very bad experience, waiting time for each appointment is often up to 2 hours. Even if you have to pay gap or make an appointment for the baby. One of the receptionists is very rude and not helpful .

Would like to start with, the Doctors are professional at this clinic.
However, we have been going to this clinic for 2 years and the waiting time is getting worse. Not sure if the Doctors are under the pump or the business is over booking.
Last serval appointments were 1.5HRs + wait with no information letting us know, why it's taking so long? Also, we would call up before hand, just to confirm our appointment is still good or running late.
