Dr. Teoh was our GP when we lived in the area. Recently, I took my mum to see him for a second opinion after she suffered months of persistent coughing without any infectious symptoms or a correct diagnosis from her previous healthcare providers. Within days, Dr. Teoh accurately diagnosed her condition and referred her for specialist care. We were devastated to learn that Mum had missed critical months of early treatment, and her condition had deteriorated significantly by the time she received her diagnosis. We are incredibly grateful that she is now under Dr. Teoh’s care, as he is an exceptionally thorough, experienced, and compassionate doctor.
All his secretaries have also been wonderfully efficient, helpful and friendly too.

My 5 year old had a fall and badly cut his cheek and we rushed him in at 9:30pm. The cut needed some glue and dressing. We were turned away at reception as they said they were too busy to help and closing at 10pm. I am lost for words, these people are not doctors, who turns away a five year old for a 10min patch up job. We went to emergency and got home by 11:45pm making this so much more traumatising for the little guy. Absolutely disgusted at this. I hope you have a hard look in the mirror crows nest medical and remember why you do what you do. Turning away a five year old at night, shame on you!

Giving 2 stars because the pathology team and reception were great and helpful. Unfortunately, the GP consult was terrible. Just bare minimum and it felt like am being scolded that I went to have a consult. It's my first time experiencing this type of service and I was a bit shocked.

Terribly rude reception staff who seem to thing they can give medical advise when they aren’t qualified to do so, straight refusal to allow me to clear to a medical practitioner. Many of the doctors are avg in there consults, ringing in the basics so to push the Medicare ticket. Fees over the top and never run on time despite making a booking, always 15min minimum late. Also $95 for a Telehealth seems far too high given the 4 mins they spent talking to me

waiting times are horrible, but I would highly recommend doctor minu because she listens really well to all of your problems and gives you a ton of referrals. though extreme, super helpful to get all the measures. i like the artwork on the walls too.

I could not recommend Crows Nest Medical Practice enough. My doctor Susan Ridley is incredibly compassionate and understanding and I’ve never had a doctor who has made me feel so seen and heard. The team there always go above and beyond and I’m incredibly grateful to have them supporting me to get better. Thank you all of you for being such a blessing

Unbelievably rude women at this practice.
I’m fairly certain they hate men, which is not something I enjoy writing in a review.
So unnecessarily rude and downright mean, without the slightest justification or shadow of a provocation.
I could barely talk louder than a whisper or squeeze a pen firmly at the time of my visit, due to my condition, so I couldn’t have been at all intimidating. I had no problem paying. I didn’t ask anything of any of them that was impossible. Wasn’t seeking any prescription drugs. Wasn’t rude, either physically or verbally. Wasn’t difficult in any way that I can see.
Left feeling really uncomfortable and confused.
What the hell is your problem?

Always great service at this clinic. Lovely doctors. I have never had an issue in the 12 years I have been going. The lead doctor is Dr Yun Teoh and he is one of the kindest and most thorough Doctors I have ever met with excellent attention to detail. I would recommend booking with him if you can. I think he owns the practice but I could be wrong.
