We loved this place. Staff was AMAZING! Very helpful and friendly. We stayed in block 5, had great view and privacy on our balcony. Room was big and clean. Breakfast buffet was very good. We had dinner in Tali restaurant and it was very tasty. Would stay again.

Customer service was on point. very friendly and accommodating. As I travel to Alice Springs regularly for work my preference is to stay at Lasseters Crown Plaza and request a room in building 5 for its location and ambience. In most cases, the friendly staff accommodate my request.

Had a great stay. Service was exceptional with staff going the extra mile to advise and assist me. As a member, rates are very reasonable and the rooms were spotless and very comfortable.
Great pool too and all the facilities you could possibly need are accessible and high quality.
It's a little way out of town but there are shuttles if required.
Highly recommend if you're visiting Alice Springs.

Had an amazing stay at Lasseters! The location and facilities were spot on.
Gym, pool, restaurants and entertainment all at walking distance from accommodation.

Food at Tali, especially the buffet breakfast with the omelette bar, was cooked to perfection by their Chef, coffee from the wait staff, best I've had!
Dinner at Juicy Rump was amazing, the bar staff all welcoming with very friendly service.

Management, Steve & Randy were a dream, team & really takes pride in their professionalism and delivery of venue excellence.

And a VIP mention to Micheal, The Crowne Plaza Hotel Porter for making our trip!

Good hotel, good facilities and cleanliness and lively eateries in the evening. What was outstanding was the help offered by the front desk manager Anna and Michael the porter when our tour company let us down badly.They were kind and supportive and went far more than the extra mile to rescue our plans. Brilliant effort much appreciated by two travellers who had a great experience instead of a ruined one. Thank you.

We've stayed here before and it's OK although expensive. The service isn't great and the rooms need a bit of attention. When we arrived we found we couldn't open the door to the balcony and tried to ring down to ask about it. But the information on the phone is incorrect so we couldn't call! These matters could so easily be addressed by a little card in the room! As the hotel is so spread out, one doesn't want to walk to reception constantly.|We had a Mountain View room which was nice and spacious with lots of storage space. |The pool area is nice, but it was odd that bar service was promised till 7.00pm but both days we were around, the staff went home a long time before that. They could at least have walked around guests to see if anyone wanted anything before they left. (We did!)|Breakfast was OK but the scrambled eggs were totally rubbery! (I did try two days, to see if it was a one-off the first day.)|We asked for a late checkout, as this is part of being an IHG member, but the staff were not very helpful, claiming the hotel was 100% full (it clearly wasn't). Grudgingly they said we could have till 12 noon-which is all we had wanted anyway!|The housekeeping staff were very friendly.

Very kind and caring staff. Quiet, comfortable and clean rooms. Beds great. Breakfast buffet excellent. Enjoyed the pool and its surrounding facilities. Arrival very well organised as it is quite a big place to find your way around. Grounds well-tended and provided a tropical atmosphere. Reception staff very helpful with organising taxis.

Room was clean and really comfortable, great desk area for business trips. Wi-fi was easy to connect to and was stable throughout the stay. Although I didn't use it, the pool area looked nice and there is multiple options to choose from for dining. Customer service from all staff members was fantastic.
