Great church with big hearts 💕 and will direct you in your spiritual walk for you your family and all who are interested to pursue and practice the Christain faith. And hopefully lead all evenualy to be with their father in heaven. They are actively serving God and spreading the gospel in many practical ways. It is a church worth being apart of.

All of the counsellors were asian and English was not their first language. It made it incredibly difficult to communicate. Fiona cut my time short as well as begun my sessions late. I found her easily distracted by what was going on out the window. But the worst part was her lack of understanding on the nuances on what I spoke about. Very frustrating waste of time.

Unfortunately, I saw a counsellor somewhere else and was told by someone there that this counsellor was asked to leave Crossway and that someone other than the patient reported her misconduct to AHPRA. I was horrified to learn of this and had I have known earlier I never would have seen this counsellor in the first place. I commend Crossway for doing the right thing in terminating her contract there. Unfortunately, she is continuing to sub contract at this other place but I’ve terminated her services. I will not mention the name of the counsellor here but what I will say is that prospective patient have a right to know if there has been reports to AHPRA and if contracts haven’t been renewed elsewhere so they can make an informed decision on whether to see them or not. After all we are entrusting them with our sensitive information and there should be full disclosure.

Located on unnamed road. In between robinson drv and springvale rd. Must study map before getting there. Many cab drivers failed to get here. Newly built for a year now was on 2 vision drv. Facililty is modern and free wifi subject to terms and condition use. Communal bread run giveaways from church charity. Very friendly reception. Child and wheelchair friendly building. Plenty of parking.

Genuine hearts counsellors very professional. Feed you with breads and tea or coffee all the time. Lcation is very new, many cab and uber drivers have difficulty finding. Is in between robinson's dr and springvale rd, unnamed road turning. Look for red pillar new building!
