Ive been going to this practice for over ten years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr Ibrahim is a great GP always helpful. The reception staff are always friendly and professional. I wouldnt choose any other clinic in The Shire.

I had an appointment today at 3:10 for dressing they call me 30 minutes later dr Ibrahim said we don’t do that dressing but I have asked before I have made an appointment all he said she doesn’t know anything she is only 17 she works at reception we don’t do that you can go to hospital.so if she doesn’t know anything about work place why she works there. But that’s not the point I didn’t get it how Doctor can’t do dressing that’s more shocking. Not recommended

decided to try a different doctor because of no bulk billing. big mistake. so we returned to doctor Gergis. as before excellent service friendly staff and accessible for the disabled. should have never left. thank you doctor gergis for looking after us.

I rang up at 9am and was given an appointment within 2 hours. The staff were really friendly (a breath of fresh air from other practices) and the doctor was efficient - I was in and out in 5 minutes with a medical certificate, prescription and recommendation of other medicine. Great service, great team.

Friendly, patient and courteous receptionist. Dr Girgis explained clearly, respectfully, and with great patience referring to picture of the body. Very pleasant clinic. I have found my doctor.
