The very friendly and knowledgeable receptionist helped me to find my therapist. I am so grateful. Eddie Stubbings has helped peel back layers built up over years. Layers I didn't even know had grown over trauma I had not given proper attention to recognising. I now attend every fortnight because I can feel the progress we are making.

Create Balance is flexible, accommodating, professional, down to earth, and will take care of you. Highly recommend.

I underwent EMDR therapy with Shannon after I couldn't go through with an MRI. Shannon's care and knowledge of the process created a very safe space to resolve the emotional blockage, and I was then able to go through the procedure with relative ease. I highly recommend Shannon and his crew!

I became a telehealth patient and it's been nothing but painful. Several times there's been technical issues on their end that's resulted in me only get half a session but still being charged the full amount. Several times I've not had the link sent through to me for the appointment and the only form of contacting them is sending a text message which goes unanswered and I've received messages that my appointment day has been changed without consultation.
The psychologist himself is great but it's so frustrating when I'm dealing with a lot already to be mucked around so much.

Shannon is a wonderful therapist, he made me feel comfortable and heard. His level of empathy and insight are one of the best I've ever found in any counselors and psychologists I've worked with over the years.
I've experienced a steady improvement in my mental health and seems my PTSD is totally in the past.
