I recently attended Claudia’s retreat in Thailand, and it was an incredible experience! Surrounded by amazing women, we enjoyed daily yoga and meditation sessions that truly rejuvenated our minds and bodies. This is a shout out post to Claudia. As I sit here in gratitude, love and in pure admiration for the person I am, I have Claudia to thank for part of my journey to feeling this beautiful energy.

I booked a kinesiology appointment when I lived in the city almost 4 years ago now. I still remember how nervous I was to have this kinesiology appointment because I knew I could no longer run. It was time to face my fears and let go of situations, people and the life style that was no longer serving me. To bring out the shadows within me that I was too scared to face and forgive.

When I met with Claudia the first time. I felt at ease. Claudias kind, gracious and beautiful energy made me feel comfortable so much so, it allowed me to really open up. I never really knew what peace felt like. My whole life just felt like a blur, a constant cycle of fright, flight or fight mode. It wasn’t until after my first appointment with Claudia, I felt what true peace felt like.

I’ve enjoyed my journey with Claudia, with every appointment, digging deeper and deeper to release old habits, becoming the best version of myself, and reminding me that I can live in peace if I chose to. Claudia’s honesty, love and compassion is what makes her so amazing at her job and I cannot recommend Claudia enough. Claudia’s work is truly life changing.
