Best Practice ever. Excellent professional service, thorough, caring, and very compassionate practice, with everything I need for excellent health care. Thanks, my husband, and I appreciate when we have to wait, obviously to be thorough with each appointment, some take a little more time than others. Individual attention, you don't find that too often now days. I highly recommend this practice, for first rate health care.

Long wait times expect to change doctor every few months and the doctor Tahera Dolon is useless you spend more time arguing about why could not do something than it would take you to look up a letter stating the reason why you could outstanding logic waste 6 minutes of both our time then try to charge for pleasure of doing so

First visit today with the most lovely doctor, very thorough and polite. Not as much can be said for the nurse who yelled in my face to pin down my screaming toddler for his 4 needles. Literally yelling in my face “I said you need to hold him! What are you doing!” No compassion, not one shred of professionalism. She was obviously flustered and angry but what a pathetic way to react. Patients are PEOPLE. My son settled but then screamed again when this woman approached us. I’ve never felt so disgusted with a healthcare ‘professional’. I feel sick to my stomach even thinking about this. My son will not be returning and I will be taking this further.

Doctor wouldn’t even look at my issue
Asked “what do you want me to do about it “
Even though paperwork from hospital said see GP for clearance, so ended up getting NOTHING down about my issue and still chargered, wasn’t even with him for 5 minutes . Dr Imran Hussain - do not bother with him , can’t even stress that he didn’t look at me at all. Puts me back money for nothing and now more time off work to go see a different doctor.
Waited 45 minutes over appointments time to be seen.
Actually went out of my way to cancle my partner’s appointment with that Dr later that day so we weren’t ripped off twice

Wanted a COVID booster was told I had to see a GP first. As this is not supposed to be acceptable practice as per DOH even for a non bulk billing facility. Disgusted and will be looking for a practice that is patient care eccentric and not $ focused.

Leaving was the best thing I ever did. After years of attending this practice I'd finally had enough of the incompetent and rude staff. Was never greeted by my name, they look at the desk when they are supposedly serving you, and they LOST or "WE NEVER GOT THAT" when it came to virtually ALL of my medical records. Which has severely compromised my health care. The doctors are ok but the receptionists are a bunch of misfits who really should not work in a place where their incompetence can affect your health.

My daughter had an appointment at 9am. She was early (830). She was told there was one person before her. She explained that she had to be at work at a certain time. 2 hours she sat in that waiting room for. I understand that emergency are priority but to leave someone sitting there for 2 hours after their appointment time is wrong, staff could approach and let them know that there is a delay. Being new to the workforce has put her in a hard position as she made the appointment with plenty of time but ended up being late. She didn't even have 2 mins with the Dr and then had to wait for the nurses for her immunisation. Not happy!
