I have complex medical issues and my doctor left. Took some doing to get new doctor within practice. Not allowed to book long appointments anymore although his other patients can. He doesn’t like me and treats me accordingly. What a shame good things have to change. Had to find backup surgery for when I’m sick so I can get treatment

Disappointed that CQ Medicentre have gone cashless but have also decided to continue to pass on the card fees. If you're cashless, as a business you should be wearing this cost for your customers. I know there's always been a card fee but refusing to take cash means you are forcing everyone now to pay these fees. This is why a cashless society will be a nightmare! We will all be at the mercy of the bank fees!

Long wait times expect to change doctor every few months and the doctor Tahera Dolon is useless you spend more time arguing about why could not do something than it would take you to look up a letter stating the reason why you could outstanding logic waste 6 minutes of both our time then try to charge for pleasure of doing so

I drove 40 minutes into town for an appointment with my newborn baby. When booking the day prior I explained it was urgent regarding post partum issues. When I arrived I was told my appointment was moved to the next day and “A message was left on my phone”. I said I never received a phone call or a message. She read me the phone number she called and it was the wrong number. The lady suggested I come back tomorrow. I explained this was not possible and the appointment was extremely important, and I needed to see someone today. I also said I live out of town and just drove in with my newborn baby and that I was willing to see any female doctor. Her response was “sorry I can’t help you we have nothing available.” There was absolutely zero attempt made to rectify the problem despite the urgency or the fact that it was their stuff up and a complete waste of my time. Won’t ever come back to this place again.

Dr Bernard and Dr Brown very good gentleman and Doctors. I am glad I was able to be seen by them, after having to move after Dr Forkers retirement.

Unless I’m absolutely I need for a Gp I will never Be returning. At my last appointment I waited over 3hrs to be seen to hear she still had 3 people ahead of me! Complained to reception and lady at desk told me she always runs late and immmeant to call and see if they’re running on time. That’s their job!! Absolutely pathetic. Dr Brown did help me though after asking if I can see anyone else, he was nice the other lady doctor absolutely useless.

Amazing, professional service & treatment every time I visit Dr Marco for an appointment.
Would recommend to absolutely everybody, being young, elderly, middle-aged, families, new-borns etc - their fabulous team of extremely professional Doctors, nurses & admin staff will have you covered!
Wait times are the best I've experienced in Rockhampton by far, but this doesn't mean the appointment is rushed
If you are looking for a new GP you have found the right place.

Dr Mark Brow
Book again my son Second appointment with Dr Mark Brown and still nothings was resolve, you won’t list to me at all, try to tell you why we are here but looks like you’re busy and you just want us gone they first time, you write us a Script that got nothing to do with that. And I book another appointment though maybe last time you were not having a good day but I guess not, we were in appointment with you for like 2 mins maximum, you cut me off when I try to tell you what wrong with him and you just say I will write to you the same script, because he look like his getting fine. No his not. Not sure if you got something against colour people but you should treat everyone with care. You can’t be script medicine to people without listing to them.
