Type 2 diabetic also with depression. Made an appointment as a new patient. Was told by previous Doctors office back in December I couldn't get in after my regular GP left. Spent months trying to find a Dr to see me only to be turned away. A good friend recommended CQ Doctors Parkhurst. Had to wait almost an hour for appointment only to have Doctor say that he can't take me on as he has no patient history. Do Doctors forget about medical history release forms?
At least he had the decency to bulk bill me. Wasn't going to pay $90 for that kind of service.
Won't recommend to anyone.

Thank you Dr Anant Misra and the kind nurse and staff of CQ Doctors Parkhurst for treating me today. I saw a Doctor at another clinic this morning and if I stayed on that advice, I may have ended up in hospital this afternoon.

I am do disappointed by the lack of service you are willing to give. I called Monday looking for an appointment, some lady called Rhianna answered with the rudest attitude. Nevermind, ill ignore the attitude because im in horrible pain in my back and continue asking for an appointment with my regular doctors practice. Rihanna was offended by the way I chuckled at her telling me there was no availability until the end of November and that would only go to existing patients. I am an existing patient? Maybe ask my details before telling me I cannot attend my own doctors practice? Rhianna knows who I am as this isn't the first time she's given attitude or put me in a seperate room away and shut the door without conversation to me first? And no I wasn't sick? She then proceeded to talk over so I could give my full name or any other information. Then called me rude and hung up? I didn't even get a chance to say anything. Luckily allenstown can fit me in but I have asked to speak to the practice manager who ISNT Rhianna like she keeps telling me. It's Ash stapelberg as stated on the website but it's an awful shame the even Ash won't reach out. I will not be coming anywhere near this doctors practice as I suffer with multiple mental illness and this practice believes in abusing the patients. Prove me wrong. I am very saddened by the whole situation and extremely angry. When my partner had called to book me an appointment as I refused to call again, he was who my doctor was when you give me a new one each time? He had to give the NAME, even though confidentiality and what not like she explained to him. I listened in the background. So she hung up, cause my partner couldn't give a doctors name that he most likely wouldn't be able to pronounce let's be real.

Being the only doctors in this suburb full of families and children they should definitely open on weekends not just weekdays until 5 when we all finish work. Maybe a later evening also.
