Been with this practice for over 10 years.
I dont go to the doctors often. But mainly get a prescription filled every 6 months.
At the beggining it was fine. Used to see the same doctor. Then it has just gone downhill over the past few years.
Had an appointment during my work day. Needed to get my prescription filled fairly urgently. Had booked it for a certain time. I came in 10 mins early as usual.
The next person that came in the receptionist told her she was late for her appointment.
I had to wait 45 mins when i only had 30 mins because i was on a break from work.
But luckily the lady who came in late went and saw the same doctor before me.

Now the doctor's appearance and cleanliness. He had some bad BO, pretty scruffy looking person, it really is obvious when you sit next to them in a small room. In an office with black mold on the ceiling.

Hoping to avoid walking into the office and having another incident similar to this i had booked a telehealth appointment. All i needed was a clearance for some medication i was takng. A simple piece of paper. Usually when you go to the doctors you get your prescription or piece of paper and be able to read it before you pay at reception.
So i requested that the doctors note be emailed to me before i paid just to make sure everything was in order before i pay.
Had a big arguement with serveral people on the phone before they finally broke and let me proof read the note before i paid.

TLDR been with them for over 10 years. Practice going south over past couple of years. Avoid this place at all costs. Never going back.

So I had to make an apt with a doc in Rocky and one of the few practices that took on new patients was this one. Dr Nasim and Nurse Hayleigh were excellent! I was treated with care and consideration which, compared to my disastrous recent stay at the Rocky base, was such a relief. I would definitely recommend Dr Nasim.

Was never going back after seeing the last dr for a referral. Waited months for the appointment for referral only to find it was not for the right type of specialist.
Dr was rude and seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Made me rush and I got flustered and I forgot part reason why I went , so had to spend another appointment fee to see another dr for the things this one made me uncomfortable about mentioning.

Doctors that don’t know much about healthcare and trying to help someone but more so worried about their habits and nailing their problems to their habits and having a big dig at them. Went today. Got no remedy so now going to ED to get some actual help and some pain relief hopefully

Front reception ladies were very friendly and welcoming. Had a vasectomy performed 3 days ago by Dr Geoff Cashion with the help of his lovely nurse they were very reassuring and gentle. Procedure went perfectly and painlessly was in and out the door in 30 minutes, was well worth the drive from Boyne Island, I was scared for no reason in the end and left very happy. Would recommend to any bloke from the region wanting to have a vasectomy to make the trip to here.

Today I call to upperdawson clinic and ask to talk with doctor sandeep Kumar he prescribed me an antibiotic after couple of doze o started losemotion regarding that I call and ask to talk with doctor and receptionist rudely said you need to make an appointment and hangup on me . This is ridiculous behaviour management need to take strict action against that receptionist..

thankyou Dr Mony for lancing my eye yesterday. I have been suffering from an infected style for 4months and have had a number of recommendations made to me but to no avail. After you lanced the eyelid yesterday my eyelid lump has gone and it's not sore anymore.

Was only in there for a few minutes and the Doctor made me fell like I was putting on my symptoms and didn`t do nothing for the pain I was in. Told me if pain is still there in a few days come back. I had been in pain 3 days prior. I saw Doctor Booth, I don`t recommend him at all.
