Worse service of any disability business I have been involved with in 21 years. Hard to get callbacks, blame put on others for stuffups. Around 2 years plus for a communication device that has not been resolved from Speech Therapist. When I call Townsville office I have to go through Brisbane office. I can go on but my advise to anyone thinking of using CPL IS DON’T.

We use the speech and ot services for our son. And have done so the past 2yrs. They've been great with him. Are easy to communicate with and he loves going to his appointments. They treat my son with the respect and dignity he deserves.

Very hard to get phone calls returned. Can’t get the help that’s needed. Wrong size cushions for the wheelchair were ordered took 12months and now no one will call to get them fixed. So they are still in the box can’t be used.dont go through this company

Pathetic excuse for a business doesn't pay small business for services they use after chasing up invoice then tell ppl they can't process them and make up all excuses
