As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a lovely smile by staff members. The service was quick & precise with Karen talking to me from her desk & another staff member going to to stock room and getting my supplies. The staff were so helpful and genuinely caring. I 100% recommend this business for all your CPAP needs.

I went into the shop to get a nasal mask for my machine as the old one had broken. I was greeted by Karen who was very friendly and courteous. She explained how everything was supposed to work and fitted the mask for me so that it fitted properly and was comfortable. I now use the machine every night which has allowed me to get better sleep. I highly recommend this business and the staff.

On 10/12/2024 I purchased a new Res Med Elite 10 4G and a P10 nasal mask and filters from CPAP Direct at their Hyde Park branch, Townsville. This was to replace an older Res Med I had purchased a few years ago, when I lived in a different town, which was beginning to fail. This new purchase was my first dealing with this business. The were very helpful and knowledgeable. They graciously set up my new machine. The premises were clean and attractive. The price was competitive. I recommend this business.

i went in not knowing a dang thing about this sleep pump thingy. candy was so patient with me and showed me how it works without making me feel dumb. i kept calling the hose a ‘snake tube,’ and she just smiled and explained everything real simple-like. now i’m sleeping better than ever thanks to her. candy is the best, and i’d tell anyone to go see her for their sleep gadgets.
